This Privacy Policy describes how Distressed Property Acquisition Coaching, operated by TYPCO, LLC (“DPA Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit dpacoaching.com (the “Site”) or submit an application for our coaching program.
By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out the application form, we collect the information you submit, including:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Free-text responses about your real estate experience and access to capital
- Your answers about program commitment and tuition payment preference
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser data (IP address, user agent, referrer URL, language, screen size)
- Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, form interactions)
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel cookies

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review your application and decide whether to invite you to a call
- Contact you by email and phone (call and SMS) to schedule and conduct an application interview
- Send you follow-up communications about the program, cohorts, and related offers
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Measure the performance of our advertising and retarget visitors who did not complete an application
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

The consent statement that appears on our application form, and that you agree to when you submit your phone number, reads:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts from us, including automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated messages, for the purpose of scheduling and conducting your application call. Consent is not required for purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Reply HELP for help or contact us at admin@dpasummit.com.
Our SMS program is registered under the U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC framework. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
How We Share Your Information
We share information with the following categories of service providers, who are contractually limited to using it on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management and outreach platform. Application submissions are stored here and used to send follow-up emails and SMS messages.
- Vercel Inc. — our website hosting and edge infrastructure provider. Vercel may process server logs and request metadata as part of providing the Site.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance, optimize campaigns, and retarget visitors. We share hashed identifiers (email, phone, name) along with cookie IDs and device data so Meta can match users across its platforms.
- Google LLC — for web fonts loaded from Google Fonts when applicable.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to measure advertising performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site may not function as expected.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of the information we have
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any data transmitted to or from the Site.
Data Retention
We retain application data for as long as necessary to evaluate and follow up on your application, run the program if you enroll, and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize the data on a reasonable schedule.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
International Visitors
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
